One-on-One

All session are 1 hour and are in person in my purpose built log cabin in Milton Keynes

Bronze

  • Three sessions to be used within a six month period.  Can be geared towards whichever area you feel your daughter needs support in

Silver

  • 5 week programme 

  • A workbook which will be filled out weekly with the session information and given to them at the end of the programme for them to be able to reflect on

  • A pen with a positive quote on

Gold

  • 10 week programme

  • The workbook and pen as stated in silver package

  • Their personal affirmations printed and framed

  • A goody bag

  • Session 10 is their graduation celebration session which is an activity of their choice which can be bowling, escape room, pottery painting, desert restaurant or whatever they can think of

Platinum

  • 10 week programme

  • Everything that is in my Gold package

  • Client has whatsapp access to me throughout the programme during designated hours

  • A further 11th session, four to six weeks after the programme has finished to catch up

I managed to go to the city all by myself and got taxis there and back on my own, its been two years since I’ve done that so I am really proud of myself, thank you so much if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t have the guts
