Our conversations are private and confidential. That means you can talk openly and honestly. I’ll only share information with your parents if there’s a safety concern or if you want me to update them on something specific.

Anything that’s important to you! We might talk about friendships, school stress, confidence, self-esteem, motivation, goals, or figuring out who you are and what matters to you. I will always have a plan for the session but if you come in with something to focus on my plan will go in the bin and we will take your lead. And we don’t JUST talk, we do art activities, we use whiteboards, worksheets- various things to help you take things in the way in which you learn best.

One hour, once a week. The amount of weeks depend on which package your parent/ carer has signed you up to.

Then you are like every other client of mine! Everyone is nervous on session 1, even me a little bit- its a new place, with a new person doing something weird that youve never done before. I have been told by all my clients that I make them feel really comfortable- and on session one we play a game of question jenga which is a really light hearted fun way to get to know one another- be prepared.. I usually win!

Sometimesssss I might set you a little task for the week based on what we covered in the session- it will always be relevant and working towards your goals. Dont worry if you dont do it you wont get detention

This depends on the package you are on, if the package you are on doesnt have the whats app add on- you can ask your parents to pass on a message to me if it can’t wait until the next session. To be honest I do love it when parents send me a message telling me something incredible their teen has achieved!
